Price start from £150 to view your home and provide useful guidance to improve the appearance to potential buyers. All of our sugsestions will be presented ina written report following our consultation (Approx 1.5hrs)
Complete Home Staging
Prices start from £250 per room to impliment the suggestions of our Essential Consultation. Including de cluttering, cleaning, layout arrangement, changing of soft furnishing, wall coverings and accessories.

Prices avaliable upon request, following reciept of floor plans and site visit.
Home Extensions
Planning Submission
Prices start from £450 to carry out a site survey and provide exisitng and proposed floor plans and elevations for submission to the local planning application. We can also undertake the submission of your application and liaise with the council throughout approval process for an additional fee.
Building Regulations Submission
Prices start from £250 to expand the Planning Submission drawings amd provide detailed specifcations to meet building regulation requirements.
